branding for kathcards, a gift card service for artist kathy macewen's collage work.

the concept was inspired by matisse's cut outs, both having a raw and movable quality where shapes have been shifted around until they reach a satisfying but transient position. this gives the logo a flexibility to adapt to different brand environments.
